Beach House Kitchen Renovation

This main-floor beach house renovation makes every day feel like summer. Light is a huge focus throughout the entire remodel, making sure that each space feels airy and light—exactly like the beach.

The living space features beautiful light blue walls, with a white fireplace and built-in cabinetry. Pops of blues and browns are found throughout the floor and furniture, elevating the space with dimension.

The galley kitchen continues this vibe, with a speckled countertop that is reminiscent of sand. The light blue walls are here as well, but we are now seeing a vibrant green added to the mix. This balances nicely against the light colored barstools and kitchen cabinets. Recessed lighting is featured alongside an abundance of natural light from multiple windows and doors in the room. We added interior lights to some of the glass-paned cabinet doors to feature what’s inside, and incorporated shape within the hanging light fixtures.

On the far side of the room is a long dining room table that holds the same colors found throughout. With an oversized kitchen island and dining table, there’s plenty of room for many to enjoy this beach house.
