The Grand Homes Process
We understand that every home and project is unique, so there’s no firm process when it comes to your build or remodel. Your specific process will be determined by your project needs, but these three steps are at the core of what we do.

Initial Meeting & Ideas
After we get in contact with you, one of the owners, David or Carrie, will personally meet you in your home to get a feel for the space, talk about your needs and ideas, take measurements and pictures, and start putting together a plan. We’ll collaborate with you to create the best design possible for your home. Once we determine the full scope of your needs and our plan of action moving forward, we’ll present the plans and pricing to you.

During the Project
After we agree on plans and pricing, we’ll kick off your project. You can expect to see David or Carrie on the job with you! If we are not personally working on your job, we will be there to make sure all work is being done right. We know how important it is to have the contractor aware of what is happening, and our subcontractors are accountable for our high standards of quality.

Finishing Touches & Post-Project
To us, finishing means being complete. We want our clients to enjoy their new space or home without interruptions from our sub-contractors. We usually have 2-3 walkthroughs with the homeowner to complete the punch list items. We then have a walkthrough at 90 days, 6 months if needed, and again one year later to complete the warranty. Client satisfaction means everything to us!
