At Grand Homes & Renovations, we specialize in home renovations, additions as well as new construction. We also specialize in exterior work such as covered porches, decks, siding and roofing.
We start the process, by meeting with you and going through your project. It’s important for us to know your dislikes as much as your likes. From there, We can take measurements pictures and notes. When we meet again, we will have some design options as well as estimates. All of this is at no cost to you. We enjoy helping clients design the home of their dreams. If you currently have a plan or are working with an architect, we are happy to work with those as well.
