Midwestern Country Classic Home Renovation

For those who have a heart in the South (or Midwest), this home is for you. We worked with this Iowa homeowner to bring those classic country trends into the modern era. Using light-colored hardwoods in the flooring and pantry shelving, we brightened each space and brought in that southern touch. Then, we incorporated more modern textures in the light chevron kitchen backsplash and living room furniture. And finally, nothing says southern than rattan counter-height kitchen island stools and a matching rattan footrest for the living room.
