An Iowa Home Renovation of Comfort & Elegance

This Iowa homeowner wanted a touch of elegance in their living room, kitchen, and sunroom. At Grand Homes & Renovations, we created a balance between a bright, light elegant atmosphere with a comfortable feeling. To keep from feeling too stuffy, we combined cool gray tones with cozy textures. The counter-height barstools and the living room sectional created a sense of invitation. For the cabinetry and walls, we chose white to create a blank slate to play around with different colors and textures.

Keeping with the theme of elegance, this sunroom includes white furnishings with a focus on cool-toned rattan and woods to bring in that outdoor feel. In the living room, the fireplace and mounted TV creates a visual appeal with the darker accent wall against the white.
