A Refined, Contemporary Home Renovation in the Des Moines Metro

Chic, sleek, and sophisticated. At Grand Homes & Renovations, we took this home to the next level. This ultra-modern home includes beautiful brick elements on the exterior that we emphasized with a black frosted door, a pendant light, and wood paneling on the ceiling. On the inside, a futuristic vibe was created as we utilized different shapes and gray colors. The circular window and drop pendant lights by the kitchen island create movement in the space. With gray walls and flooring, we let the furnishing pop with dark hardwood and a shiny countertop.

The kitchen includes a dark gray backsplash with different toned and textured elements. Dark cabinetry contrast against the bright countertops and muted walls.
