The New Home Construction Process With Grand Homes
Step 1: Pre-Planning Meetings
Let’s get on the same page before we begin! This first step includes scheduled meetings to talk through your vision and outline the steps, project scope, and budget needed to complete them. These initial meetings are crucial in laying out the new custom home you’ve always dreamed of. This is also a great opportunity for us to meet with any architects you’re currently working with or review existing blueprints.
Step 2: Start Construction & Design
Once the scope of work and budget have been approved, we’ll get to work! Working with either a contracting company that you have a prior relationship with or with our team of contractors, Grand Homes & Renovations is here to ensure that the entire process goes smoothly. We’re your advocate for your home. If there’s an issue with the timeline, materials, or general construction, our team handles it for you so that you don’t have to.
Step 3: Adding the Finishing Touches
Here’s where we really get to play, making your home feel like YOU. Once the walls have been built and the exterior finished, we’ll focus on the interior. The Grand Homes & Renovations team will curate a selection of furnishings, lighting, and other miscellaneous decor as outlined in your proposal to bring that unique touch to your home.
Step 4: Enjoy Your New Home
Sit back and relax—all of the work is done, and it’s time to enjoy your brand new home. Before handing over the keys, our team will conduct a final walkthrough of your home with you to ensure everything is exactly as you envisioned it. We’ll take a look at the craftsmanship, the design, and the overall feel of the home. Unsurprisingly, this is the best part of the process. We get to make your dreams come true, and that’s our favorite part.
