Glen Oaks Fireplace

This fireplace was designed using a mock-up for the homeowners to approve. They had collected Stickley furniture for years and wanted to make sure they could cohesively blend the fireplace and trim into their beloved furniture. After much research and many prototypes, David designed the perfect fireplace. The mantle was also designed with sufficient depth and length to allow for the homeowners to display cherished heirlooms of any size and shape comfortably. The homeowners used cherry instead of quartersawn oak to help give the basement a more modern look which married it to the design of the rest of the house.
